The Round Table on Responsible Soy Association (RTRS) has opened up for a final round of public consultation:

1. The Draft Principles and Criteria for Responsible Soy production
2. The proposed RTRS approach to control of the supply chain

Comments on both documents are welcome with the RTRS until 25 January. They will be discussed during the next RTRS Criteria Development Working Group meeting that will be held from 9 until 13 March 2009. The consultation should result in the adoption of the P&C during the next RTRS General Assembly on 25/26 May 2009 in Sao Paulo.

MVO and Fediol have developed a proposal for MVO/Fediol input. This will be submitted to the RTRS before the end of the consultation period.
